Additional Terms – Core Cutting & Concrete Scanning Services
1. Advance Payment (Concrete Scanning)
Full advance payment is required for all concrete scanning services before the commencement of work.
2. Payment Terms (Other Services)
Payment for all other services shall be made as per the agreed written terms between both parties.
3. Safety Responsibility
All site safety measures, permits, and approvals shall be the responsibility of the client. The client must ensure that the worksite complies with all safety regulations.
4. Labour and Equipment
All labour, machinery, and core cutting equipment will be provided by our company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. LPO Requirement
A valid Local Purchase Order (LPO) must be issued by the client prior to the start of any work.
6. Site Entry Pass
If a site entry pass or gate pass is required, it shall be arranged and provided by the client before the commencement of work.
7. Water & Electricity
Water and electricity required for the work shall be provided by the client at no additional cost.
8. Materials Responsibility
All materials, except labour and machinery, shall be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Site Access
The client must ensure proper and uninterrupted access to the worksite.
